Dispatch Times

We endeavour to dispatch all our orders within 2 working days of receipt. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been completed. If an item is not in stock, we will email you to let you know and will commit to getting it to you as soon as possible. Our working days are Monday to Saturday. The shop is closed on Sundays.

Shipping Rates

There is a fixed postage rate at the checkout. This is calculated by the 2nd class rate provided by Royal Mail who we use for shipping goods. Items should arrive between 2-5 days. If it does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us so that we can contact Royal Mail. Please be aware that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be missing until the 15th working day after posting.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within seven working days. A full refund, minus the postage cost, will be given as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched then please follow the procedure outlined below for returns.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your goods you have the right to return them to us for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that items are returned in a resaleable condition. All refunds will be made via the same method used on the order and shall be given as soon as the returned goods arrive back at the shop.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, are faulty or contain incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a refund or a replacement immediately.

Pricing and VAT

All prices and postage costs are given in British pounds (GBP). Stornoway Christian Bookshop is registered for VAT number 663805717.

Local Taxes

Non UK customers are liable for any local and/or import taxes associated with your purchase.

Payments

When purchasing from us you agree to make full and immediate payment via our checkout process. We accept payment by PayPal or debit/credit card. Failure to complete a payment transaction within a reasonable time will result in your order being cancelled and this will be notified to you by email. If you are unable to complete a purchase, please contact us and we can reserve your order. You can also pay for goods by telephone.
